Should I buy an electric knife sharpener?
It is purely a personal choice. There are many types of electric knife sharpeners. Always look for a model that allows you to adjust the angle or offers you choices of different angles. Operation of an electric knife sharpener is similar to that of a hand held knife sharpener, however, be warned, if an electric knife sharpener is used improperly, the combination of the coarse grinding wheels at high speed could damage your kitchen knives beyond repair.
